Adani Enterprises announced that Mundra Synenergy, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) namely “Nagpur Syn-Gas & Chemicals” in India on 06 August 2025. The new company will be engaged in manufacturing of chemicals and chemical products.
