Among the components of the S&P BSE Realty Index index, Phoenix Mills Ltd (down 2.9%), Prestige Estates Projects Ltd (down 2.36%),Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd (down 1.51%),Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd (down 1.39%),Godrej Properties Ltd (down 0.8%), were the top losers. Among the other losers were Oberoi Realty Ltd (down 0.66%), Macrotech Developers Ltd (down 0.52%), Sobha Ltd (down 0.14%), and DLF Ltd (down 0.12%).

On the other hand, Brigade Enterprises Ltd (up 2.98%), turned up.

At 13:48 IST, the S&P BSE Sensex was up 361.97 or 0.53% at 69227.09.

The Nifty 50 index was up 132.2 points or 0.64% at 20819.

The S&P BSE Small-Cap index was up 43.82 points or 0.11% at 41094.83.

The S&P BSE 150 Midcap Index index was down 0.59 points or 0% at 12168.09.

On BSE,1763 shares were trading in green, 1947 were trading in red and 127 were unchanged.
